Your name is Edward Flagstaff, you are a young Bohemian writer from London whose blood is boiling to see the world and connect souls with the artists and poets of your generation.  It is the 1870s and so that can only mean one place:  Paris, the City of Light.  The problem is that young dreamers like yourself, while high on creativity are short on something else that is very important... MONEY. 

You get a job at a large London newspaper and are given the assignment of your dreams.  You are to go to London, meet this new avant-garde group calling themselves the “Impressionists,” and write an article telling the folks back in England what they are all about.  You need to look at their works, talk with them about their philosophies, and write an article that explains what Impressionism is all about.
