Drama: Auditions tomorrow at noon for "The Foreigner" very funny play! And for "Guys & Dolls" the fall musical.
Also tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. there will be the auditions for the Shakespeare Dance Competition in the fall.
Senior Send-off Assembly:
Tryouts for the senior send-off assembly will be held on MONDAY the 24th!! They will go on after school from 1:30 to 5:00 p.m. and there HAS TO BE A SENIOR IN YOUR ACT!!!
Eagle Project:
Orem High Time Capsule Memorabilia Project for Jonathan Stevens. Today at 4:00 p.m., he will be passing out fliers for his project. There will be a time capsule put in the new school. We need photographs of the old OHS, from its’ foundation to present year. Please meet in the front parking lot at 4:00 today if you would like to participate. Also, if you have any photos that you would like to donate, there will be a box in the main office. Please ask parents (or someone 21 and older) to drive if needed.
Textbooks: Students, please check your locker, your car, and under your bed - -and get all textbooks turned in.
School Fees or Fines:
To see what fines and outstanding fees you will owe on your school account, you can now check the fine list posted in the glass display case in A hall right across from the student lounge. This list will indicate the total amount of money you owe as of Wednesday morning, May 19th. If you want your name cleared so that you can receive your yearbook on Tuesday, May 25th at the yearbook party that evening, you will need to take care of all outstanding balances prior to that time.
Yearbook time is here!!
Do you want your yearbook early? Do you want to avoid long lines? Come to Early Yearbook Distribution! It is next Tues., May 25thfrom 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. in the lunchroom. The cost is $3.00.
Regular Distribution is next Wednesday, May 26th from 10:45 - 1:00 p.m. in the lunchroom. Make sure your fines are paid so you can get your yearbook!!
Argus: Just a reminder that the 2010 Argus can be purchased in the financial office for $10.00.
Senior Showcase:
Hey, everybody! Tonight, Friday, May 21st at 7:00 p.m. there will be the annual SENIOR SHOWCASE directed and produced by the Drama Seniors - $3.00 and includes dessert. And after the showcase there will be a mandatory parent meeting for all Drama 4 students next year. Be sure you and your parents are there!!
